Commissioning Process

Generally as you will read in the attached PDF document, the project will be broken into a design phase and a fabrication phase. After executing a written agreement regarding a design fee, we will discuss with you in depth your needs, desires, and budget goals.

We then develop a limited number of design concepts for your review. If we hit on something you like, we will present a final cost of fabrication for your approval.  If you approve, we then fabricate the pieces. If you do not like our design, our fabrication price, or its just not a good personality match, you pay us only for our pre-agreed design fee.
